* All of our produts are “Quality Control Checked” before we send them to you. However, we do understand that some items may not be what you are after once you have received it. At the descrestion of Management, Jamais Vu will give a full refund of the the product within 7 days of delivery provided that the item has not been used/worn and is returned to us in the same condition you have received it. Postage and handling will be at your on expense.
* We are not responsible for mishandling of products once they are posted and we will not honour a refund for goods damaged in transit.
* COCKTAIL DRESSES, SPECIAL OCCASION, FORMAL, EVENING - It will take 10–12 working days to tailor your dresses by a professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-5 working days for the package to travel from our facilities to your destination. Delivery dates may vary depending on various factors. Should there be extensive delays, you will be notified immediately.
* CHINESE DRESSES - It will take 20–22 working days to tailor your dresses by a professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination. Delivery dates may vary depending on various factors. Should there be extensive delays, you will be notified immediately.
* WEDDING DRESSES, FIRST COMMUNION, FLOWER GIRL - It will take 18–20 working days to tailor your dresses by a professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination. Delivery dates may vary depending on various factors. Should there be extensive delays, you will be notified immediately.
*** All tailor made dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, becaue your dress is a one-off tailor made, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 40% of the total price. We thank you for your understanding. ***
* RETURN POLICY - All full priced items purchased can be returned for a full refund or exchange at the discretion of Jamais Vu management. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned to us in the same condition you received them with all tags and stickers attached. Postage and handling of the returned item will be at your own expense. Refunds and exchanges will not be given on sale items or reduced priced items.
